What is FitFlow and how does it work?
FitFlow is a fitness and health cross-platforms service that promotes a healthy and active lifestyle and helps you achieve your fitness and health goals. We take into account your fitness level, lifestyle, and preferences to create a personalized plan just for you. It’s like having a personal trainer and nutritionist in your pocket! Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve your flexibility, we’ve got you covered.
FitFlow provides you with all the guidance and tools you need to transform your body and mind. With a variety of workouts you’ll be able to stay on track with your healthy habits and achieve great results. And our challenges will help you stay focused and engaged.
How do I sign up?
To sign up for Fitflow, you can sign up directly from our website. Once you’ve signed up, follow the instructions to login to your account. You’ll be asked to provide your name, email address, and a password during the sign up. We’ll also request you to fill out a short questionnaire to help us create a personalized plan for you.
Why am I asked to verify my FitFlow email address?
We ask you to verify your FitFlow email address to ensure that you’re the owner of the email address you provided. This is a security measure to protect your account and prevent unauthorized access.
How and when will I receive my personalized plan?
Once you’ve completed the short questionnaire, our smart algorithm will create a personalized plan for you. You’ll be able to view it under ‘My Plan’. The plan will include your goals, workout routines, meal plans, and any courses or challenges that we think will help you achieve your fitness goals. You can access your plan anytime from within the service. If you have any questions or concerns about your plan, you can contact our support team via support@fitflow.ai, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Using the App & Payment
How do I change my profile information (email address, username, password)?
To change your profile information, go to: Profile > My Account. From there, you can update your email address, username, and password.
I don’t want to receive email notifications. How can I unsubscribe from emails?
You can also do that simply by tapping Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email you receive from us.
Is the service free?
Fitflow works on the basis of a monthly subscription fee.
When will I be billed?
You’ll be billed on a monthly basis, starting from the date of your initial subscription.
Will I get a confirmation email about my payment?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email every time a payment is made.
How can I cancel my subscription and delete my account?
To cancel your subscription and delete your account, go to: Profile > Subscriptions > turn off auto-renewal. From there, you can cancel your subscription. To delete your account, please contact our customer care via support@fitflow.ai.
Will I get a confirmation email that my subscription was canceled?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email when your membership is canceled.
Can I request a refund?
Generally, if you do not meet the conditions of our Money-back Guarantee, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated in our policy or as required by applicable law.
